Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were big, airy, and well-attended to, with a large patio/terrace area and stunning sea views. The staff were incredibly nice and made my experience truly enjoyable, despite the minor issue with the driver's lack of sociability on national holidays. I can't wait to return for another lovely holiday! - Keith and Debbie
The hotel offers lovely views of the beach area and clean, spacious rooms with sufficient amenities, though the bathroom lighting could be improved. The service was polite and helpful, yet there were minor issues with the entertainment. The location is convenient, with friendly staff and nice food options. The dining experience was pleasant overall but had some delays. The facilities are satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a perfect location at the top of the bank from the prom, directly facing the sea with lovely views of the beach. The rooms are smartly decorated with immaculate grounds, but there are some maintenance issues like a filthy, stained carpet. The service is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, except for the lack of a lift. The dining experience was described as clean, hot, and fresh, but there was a disaster in the first 3/4 hour of service. Despite being under new management, the location is convenient and full of potential, with attentive young staff and a top man behind the bar. However, breakfast was disappointing, and the facilities need improvement for a better guest experience.
The hotel is ideally located close to the beach, but the room fell short of expectations for a Superior Family Room. The service was mixed, with friendly and helpful staff, but lacking in some aspects. The dining experience was subpar, particularly breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's location makes it a convenient choice.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely and perfect for what we wanted, but the atmosphere felt a bit like a dungeon - dark, dismal, and with poor entertainment options. The filthy, dirty stained carpet that hadn't been hoovered was a big downside, making the room feel less than inviting.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was average but could do with some repairs, especially in the bathroom. However, it was clean, well-serviced, and had a warm and nicely decorated ambiance. The service was outstanding with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable stay. The location was convenient, directly facing the sea, and the dining experience was excellent. The facilities were adequate, though some areas could use improvement.
